In my roles with Tesla and most recently with Delta Airlines, I have gained extensive experience in digital content creation, focusing on the development and delivery of engaging and effective training programs. I have created a wide range of learning materials, including virtual instructor-led training (VILT), instructor-led training (ILT), and self-paced online courses. My work involves utilizing various design tools (Articulate Storyling & Rise, Adobe Creative Suite Applications) and learning management systems to design, deploy, and track training, ensuring that content is accessible and impactful. I have leveraged my expertise in instructional design and content development to create materials that not only meet the needs of diverse learners but also drive performance and results within the organizations I support.
